What we collect

This preview stores only your language and cookie preferences on your device. It loads no analytics or session recordings, even if you accept. The hosting provider may keep technical request logs; its retention must be confirmed before launch.

Booking a call

We use your details only to set up and follow up on this call. Booking is handled by Cal.com in the US. When you book from our site, we note which page or button you came from and the example trade selected. No analytics identifier, name or email is added to our booking links.

Outside Canada

Cal.com processes booking information in the United States, where foreign courts and authorities may access it under local law. PostHog is planned for analytics only after consent; it is not installed in this preview. The privacy impact assessment and written service agreements are pending.

How long we keep it

Planned booking retention: 90 days across booking, calendar and email copies. The purge owner and process are pending confirmation. Session recording retention is undecided; no recording is collected here. Analytics event retention and hosting logs will be stated before activation.

Privacy at Gecho

The Co-founder & CRO is the proposed privacy contact. Written delegation, team access roles, deletion procedures and the complaint process must be approved before launch. Report a concern or request access, correction, withdrawal or a portable copy at admin@hellogecho.ca. The draft response target is 30 days. You may also complain to the CAI or OPC.
