Using this website

Gecho Inc. runs this website. Its content is general information. Demo businesses, calls, numbers and outcomes are fictional. Brand and copy belong to Gecho. Do not misuse or interfere with the site. External services have their own terms.

Service summary

Prôtos is $197 a month plus a one-time $97 setup. French texts and the after-hours line are $49 a month. Month to month, cancel with 3 days’ notice. No partial-month refunds. If we can’t get you live, you get your setup fee back. The signed agreement governs.

After-hours calls

Callers are told at the start that the after-hours line is automated and that the call is recorded. Service-call recordings are planned to be kept for 90 days, then deleted; this is separate from website analytics. Final recording disclosures and handling must match the signed agreement before launch.

Emergencies

Gecho is not an emergency service. If someone may be in danger, hang up and call 911, then your gas or electric utility. After hours, our automated line tells callers the same thing and sends an alert to the business's on-call person. We can't promise how fast anyone will respond.
